ARISE TATTERSALL PARK (PROPOSED)

A major component of the Tattersall Park Village Center project will be the ARISE TATTERSALL PARK 55+ Active Adult Community.  ATP will provide 170 units in two towers in addition to approximately 12 cottage units in the rear and to the side of the proposed development.  If you are interested in researching what the ATP development will look like, you have a very good example underway at ARISE KNOX SQUARE.

ARISE KNOX SQUARE – OPENING FALL 2024
